Eric DePalma has spent his career in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on education, community programs, and organizational development. He began his work in wildlife conservation and education, serving in various roles at zoos before moving into nonprofit management in Los Angeles. Eric currently serves as Development Director at Haven Neighborhood Services, where he oversees fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives supporting housing and financial empowerment programs. His experience includes event management, program outreach, and building collaborations across nonprofit, government, and corporate partners.

Eric is passionate about creating accessible pathways to resources and support, and he brings this commitment to his role on the PFLAG Bakersfield board.
